Fremont PTA’sCommunication &Notification System

We are continuing to use Just Between Friends as our communication & notification system. Last year we found this system extremely valuable. In addition, we received $112.00 just for conducting our normal every day business! Please know that all your information is safe and is not shared with any outside groups; additionally, you can control the amount of information the group sees and how much, if any appears in the groups’ directory.

By accepting your invite to the group you are ensuring that you will receive e-mail communications from the board. Information that we send via e-mail include event notifications, volunteer seeking, school related alerts and notifications, meeting reminders and copies of the minutes from our meetings, and from time to time we have had to conduct e-mail voting on various issues. Signing up is the best way to stay informed with everything going on with the PTA!

The process is very easy. If you are:

New to the System:

Please go to www.Justbetweenfriends.com and click on accept your Group Invite,

Change “Did you receive an invitation code from a group leader” from No to Yes and enter the code 5745tok.

After you enter the invite code, simply click the next button and the system will take you through the set up process.

Once you have completed the set up process, you will receive all our notifications once we approve your membership.

A Returning Member:

Please log into your account and update all your information by September 30, 2011.

If you had problems getting our messages last year, please verify the email address is correct.
